CARSON CITY, Nev., January 26.— Mrs. Nannie Inman Brokaw today was granted a divorce from Clifford V. Bro kaw, wealthy New York broker and real estate man. Mrs. Brokaw, who previously had con- tested the divorce action of her hus- band. changed her position and asked for the decree. Under a stipulation both parties waived rights of appeal. The property settlement made be- tween the couple provides that Mrs. Bro- kaw shall receive $500,000 in cash and the Long Island home of the Brokaws. A trust fund is established of $1,200,000 in favor of Mrs. Brokaw, and on her death it is to revert to the son, Clifford, jr.
