Rudolph Piepenberger, 70, of 477 I street, died in Sibley Hospital yester- day of injuries received nearly a month ago when he fell from a second-story window which he was painting. Piepenberger was working at a house in the first block of Rhode Island avenue when he fell. Both his arms and legs and his pelvis were fractured and he suffered concussion of the brain. Edgar Sproul, street southeast, was injured internally yesterday when he fell from a 20-foot ladder while working on a construction job at 121 M street southeast yesterday.
