L. Ivey, ousted president, and Joseph A. Dart, former director. Both men were dislodged from their directorships at a stormy meeting here last night. The meeting resulted in victory for George S. Kemp and the faction he heads. Kemp, with W. 8.. Battle, jr.; Alexander Cameron, jr.; F. M. Collier, J. F. Henderson, W. H. Slaughter, Leon M. Nelson and Ross H.- Walker constitute the new directorate of the company. As the result of last night's ballot- ting e known members of the Ivey:! group declared they felt the meeting had been illegally called and said they would take the matter to court. Ivey asserted that he felt the entire proceedings should be reviewed by the courts. A special meeting of a group of 7 per cent stockholders to decide what action, if any, might be taken, was in prospect today. ————e U. 8. TREASURY POSITION. By the Associated Press.
