For a time Mr. Butler was interested in dude-ranching and was associated with Struthers Burt, the well-known awe thor, on his BarjBC Ranch in Jackson's- Hole, Wyoming. He is an experie enced mountain climber, being one of the few people to make the difficult ascent of the Grand Teton.
