Grand Prize Winners in The Star’s Amateur Snapshot Contest These photographs have been judged to be the best among the weekly prize winners in The Star’s all-Summer contest. Each thus wins a final prize of $25 given for the best photograph in each of four classes. In addition, they will be entered for the National Snapshot Awards, to be made at a Wash- ington exhibition in October, in which they will compete with winners in other contests for national prizes totaling $10,000. “WATER SPRITE.” This snapshot won the judg decision as the best of those coming ur«cr the ¢ "a- tion of sports. recreation, etc. It was taken by Mrs Florence H.
