VIENNA, March 29.—A bill regulating the relations of labor unions, workers | and employers has been worked out by the government. | Under the bill, known as “Anti-terror and intimidation act” collective agree- ments are declared valid only if mem- bers of non-Socialist unions are not de- | barred from factories. In the future employers will not de- duct from their workmen'’s wages con- tributions for Socialist funds. If employers enter into a collective agreement with any group of ‘workmen who are willing to accept lower than the prevailing wages, repre- sentatives of other labor organizations working in the same factory may de- mand annulment of that agreement within two weeks of its conclusion. “Sinter” Means to Roast.
