LANDIS TO DIRECT STREAMLINED LAW Harvard Dean to Speed Up Course by Study of Late Developments. By the Associated Press. CAMBRIDGE, MASS., Nov. 4— James M. Landis, the young dean of Marvard law School who only re- ocently resigned as head of the Federal Securities and Exchange Commission, is going to speed up and modernize the method of study and have his students read the law in the light of up-to-the-minute legislative develop- ments, the added drive the new curriculum will provide.
