The plan of reorganization of the National Press Corp., owner of the National Press Building, was approved late yesterday by District Supreme Court Justice Oscar R. Luhring. He signed the order on presenta- tion to the court of the requisite number of consents of all classes of creditors and stockholders. Reor- ganization of the building corporation was under the new corporation debtor's composition law.
