Final arrangements have been made | for the annual meeting of the Com- mercial Law League of America, at which more than 800 delegates from all sections of the United States are expected to attend July 29 to August 1 at Wardman Park Hotel. Among the local men on the pro- gram for the opening session are Commissioner Hazen, Ralph D.Quinter, vice president of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, and Luns ford L. Hammer, attorney, all of whom will deliver brief addresses of welcome Rev. Anson P. Stokes, D. D., canon of the Washington Cathedral, will offer the invocation. The annual ad- dress of the president of the league, Frank M. Ely of Chicago, will also be heard at the opening session. In addition to Ely, other officers of the league are: Edward B.
