STUDENTS ORGANIZE T0 BACK DEMOCRACY Intercollegiate Organizations of America Install Officers Here. Representatives of virtually all Washington's colleges and universities were “enlisted Friday in the Dis- trict division of the Intercollegiate Organizations of America when offi- cers were installed for the first time. The ceremonies were held at the| Raleigh Hotel. The organization, which has set out to combat un-American activities in educational institutions and defend the existing democratic form of gov- ernment, 18 described as having 240,- 000 members enrolled throughoat the country.
