By the Associated P: ; PFederal regulation of all interstate transportation agencies, including avi- ation, by the Interstate Commerce Commission, is understood to have been approved in principle by Presi- dent Roosevelt on the recommendation of Joseph B. Eastman, Federal co-or- dinator of transportation. A detailed plan prepared by Mr. Eastman is said to call for enlarge- ment of the Interstate Commerce Commission to 15 members, with juris- diction over railroads, bus and truck lines, barge lines, coastal shipping and aviation.
