All States Christmas Ball At Kennedy-Warren Tomorrow. The plans for the All States Christ- mas party and dance to be given at the Kennedy-Warren tomorrow eve- ning, under the sponsorship of the New England States Society, have been completed. Natives of the various States and their friends desiring to attend may secure their guest invitations from Miss Betty Durr, general chairman, Potomac 1850, or from the Willard Ticket Bureau.
