FORD IS ACCLSED N PATENT AT Curtiss Company Charges In- fringemant in Ten Cases Before U. S. Court. By the Associated Pre | WILMINGTON, Del., April 11.—Bills | charging infringement of 10 patents having to do with improvements for air- craft were filed in Federal Court yester- day by the Curtiss Assets Corporation and the Curtiss Aeroplane & Motor Corporation, Inc., of Garden City, Long Island, against the Ford Motor Co. ‘The bill of complaint filed by the Curtiss Assets Corporation involves the infringement of eight patents, seven of these are for improvements for air- in the “method of getting a off the water,” which, the plaintiff alleges, the Ford Co. has been manu- facturing and using. The seven others. it is alleged, are manufactured and sold by the defendant company. In the bill of complaints filed by the Curtiss Aeroplane & Motor Corporation, Inc., it is charged that the Ford Co. infringed two patents having to do with ydroplane | aldson, principal.
