Y., December 16—The death of John H. Martin, assistant principal keeper at Auburn Stats Prison, | and the announcement of Dr. Frank L. | Christian, acting warden, that regular | routine would be resumed today, were | yesterday's developments at the institu- tion where nine were killed in Wedunes- | day’s rioting.
