BERLIN, November 7 (#).—The Reichstag yesterday was convoked ior November 27 to discuss, among other things, the bill for protection of the republic and the national plebiscite bill “against enslavement of the German nation.” A joint meeting of leaders of the government parties and the ministers announced that the referendum on the Nationalist bill, which repudiates all post-war treaties and agreements, would be held th's year.
