A re- ception for relatives and close friends will follow immediately after the ceremony at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Axtell. The couple expect to make their home in Oklahoma. Miss Hoy, a| graduate nurse of St. Elizabeth's Hos- pital in Washington, is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank T. Hoy of Rochester and Attica, N. Y.
