NEW YORK, February 25—Inter- national Business Machines Corp. and subsidiaries, manufacturer and world distributor of various types of business machines, today reported 1936 net in- come of $7,552,950, the largest in com- pany's history. For 1935 they were $7.090,530. The profit was equal to §10.22 a § p share of capital stock, against $9.88 a share in previous year. Plants are at Endicott and Rochester, N. Y., and Washington, D. C. It has other operations in Canada and Europe. Mack Trucks. Mack Trucks, Inc., and subsidiaries, motor trucks, with plants at Allentown, Pa, and Plainfleld and New Bruns- wick, N. J,, reported net profit of $1,- 440,850 for 1936, equal to $2.41 a share of capital stock, against net loss of $395,616 in 1935. Royal Typewriter. Royal Typewriter Co. and domestic subsidiaries reported 1936 net income of $2,627,774, equal to $8.79 a common share, against $1,676,571, or $5.26 a share on common stock, in1935.
