In his radio address on “Adult Edu- cation in Banking,” Gov. Broderick told the members of Washington €hapter and 219 others that basic changes in bank law and praciice have necessitated a new and intensive study on .he part of all bankers, both young -and old, of their new opportunities and responsibilities. After urging the gtudy in every community of the spe- cial banking needs, he added: Study of Changes Needed. “Changes in the importance of vari- ous banking functions likewise require ronstant study.
