United States Governments were likewise subjected to moderate press- ure, canceling the small improvement ' of the forenoon and leaving the list 1-32nd to 5-32nds of a point net lower. Bonds of the New Haven Railroad eontinued to rule above the depressed prices which were set at yesterday’s elose, but many other secondary car- rier ratings slid off.
