NEW YORK, July 31 —The Asso- ciated Press adjusted weekly index of electric power production advanced 04 of a point to 101.4, a new high mark for the year. The production index for the week’ ended July 27 also was above a year ago, when it was 96.4. The index, based on 1920-30 as 100, is adjusted L!unmewoekullnzyurwnll~ per cent. Gains last week wers registered by ' all sections of the country over the corresponding week of last year.
