The dressed meat trade was reported as rather evident in the fact that despite the sharp advance of hog prices in the past two weeks fresh pork has gained but little. The average price of whole- sale loins is now around 21 cents. com- pared with 28 cents in October. 1930. when hogs were selling around 10.25.
