ANNAPOLIS, March 9.—President Roosevelt has named six university | presidents and & college dean to the | board of visitors of the Naval Acad- emy, due to convene here April 29. Vice President Garner has named five Senators, including Senator Park ‘Trammell of Florida, chairman of the ,Senate Naval Affairs Committee, while Speaker Byrns has selected six Rep- resentatives to complete the board.
