DWIGHT G. HOWERTH FUNERAL TOMORROW - Relatives From Michigan and Pennsylvania Coming Here for Rites. Funeral services for Dwight G. Howerth, well known young electrical engineer for the Potomac Electric Power Co, who died suddenly Tues- day night, will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m,, at the family residence, 1112 Euclid street. Burial will be in Rock Creek Cemetery. The funeral was delayed pending the arrival of relatives. A brother, Herbert Howerth, is coming from Pontiac, Mich. His father and three sisters from Pennsylvania also will attend. Ave, TOMORROW MORNING Coolidge Physician to Be Buried in Arlington—Mass at Hospital. Funeral services for Dr. Francis Coupal, sician during the Coolidge administrs tion, will be held at the W. W. Cham- bers chapel tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. followed by requiem mass in the chapel at Walter Reed Hospital at '9:30. Burial will full military honors ‘wm be in Arlington National Cem- stery. Dr. Coupal died yesterday in Wal- ‘ber Reed Hospital after a brief ill- ness. He was a retired Medical Corps colonel. Born In Quincy, Mass, 50 years ago, Dr. Coupal began his practice in Boston after being graduated from Tufts College in 1906 and attending medical school there. He was com- Imimoned a lieutenant in the Medics Reserve Corps in 1915, and made a major in the lar Army four years later after distingulshed service in France, When President Coolidge chose him as White House physician, Dr. Coupal was assistant curator of the Army lmdlcnl Museum here. He was recog- nized as a specialist in the treatment of cancer and had written numerous articles for medical journals regarding the disease. He is survived by his widow, the former Martha L. Wilfert of Boston: his mother, Mrs. Mary Coupal, and three sisters and two brothers, all of Massachusetts. — Marine Planes to Exhibit. Demonstrations during the all- American air races at Miami, Fla. Mullett, 66, prominent Washington architect and son of the designer of the State, War and Navy Building, were to be held this afternoon at the Church of the Epiphany, followed by burial in Glenwood Cemetery. Mr. Mullett died suddenly Wednesday eve- ning in a taxicab en route from his office to his home, 1715 Eighteenth street. ‘The architect of Visitation Monas- tery in Alta Vista, Md., the Capitol Park Hotel, the Union Trust Co. An- nex and other buildings here and in Charles Ttown, W. Va. Mr. Mullett was working at the time of his death on the new Remington-Rand Building at Thirteenth and F streets, He learned his profession as an ap- prentice to his father, Alfred Bult Mullett, who was supervising architect of the Treasury in the Grant admin- istration. The elder Mr. Mullett aiso was campaign manager for James G. Blaine in the 1884 presidential cam- | paign against Grover Cleveland. A member of the American Insti- tute of Architects, Mr. Mullett was & | member of the Washington Board of | Trade and chairman of its Municipal Art Committee.
