SETTLE COMPLAINT OF BOAT SEIZURE La Guardia Says No Charge to Be Filed Against Crew of Coast Guard Craft. Association and the Coast Guard, growing out of the seizure of the fishing schooner Good Luck off New York Monday night, have been satisfac- torily adjusted, and no charges will be filed against the crew of the patrol boat involved in the affair, Represgntative La Guardia, Republican, New York, an~ nounced yesterday following a confer- ence with Admiral F. C. Blllard, Coast Guard commandant. Master Files Protest. NEW_ YORK, January 31 (#).—Capt.
