Special Dispatch to The Star. | FALLS CHURCH, Va., December 11. ~Members of the East Falls Church Citizens’ Association have addressed a petition to the Town Council n.sking‘ that the name of Brown avenue within | the corporation limits be changed to Memorial drive to correspond with the name of the street through Arlington County. ‘The association also recommended that the portion of Gould street run- ning approximately north and south be renamed Scott street, as it is under- stood that the present winding street 15 to be cut through in two directions. | Herbert Coward was clected second vice president.
