Special dedicatory exercises will be held at Washington Cathedral tomor- N |row afternoon at 4 o'clock, with former Senator George Wharton Pepper, chair- man of ? national executive commit- tee for Washington Cathedral, as the principal speaker, when the great flight of stone steps, known as the Piigrim |4 Steps, are dedicated as one of the main . The Pil- grim Steps are the gift of Mr. and Mrs. Roland L. Taylor of Philadelphia. A special order of services has been prepared and during the ceremony a silken cord will be cut and a proces- sion of choir, clergy and bishops will mount the steps, repeating the Psal of Ascent. Tea in Bishops’ Garden. ‘The tablet of dedication will be un- veiled by youthful grandsons of Mr. and Mrs. Taylor. A reception and tea will be held ltberwnrd in the Bishops' glrden in honor of the donors. It is xpected that members of official and dlplnm:tlc circles will be present.
