ARCHAND ARRES WARRANT ISUED Relations With Indian Murder Suspect Are Basis for Action. By the Associated Press. BUFFALO, N. Y., May 15—A war- | rant for the arrest of Henri Marchand, artist, was issued last night by L. S. Monroe of Fredonia, justice of the peace. The charge was based on testi- mony Marchand gave concerning his relations with Lila Jimerson, Indian woman, at her trial for murder of Mrs. Marchand. Monroe issued the warrant on three showing the entry “Mr. and Mrs. Jim #0n”; a copy of the testimony of Mar- chand at Lila’s trial, in which he tes fied to having passed the night wi her at the Fredonia Hotel, and & depo- sition from Alice Lee Kimison, Indian girl, who was an investigator for the efense during the trial, stating that Lila told her of having passed the night with Marchand at this pl YOUTH IS EXONERATED IN SLAYING OF FATHER Montana Jury Deliberates Only 3 Minutes Before Returning Ver- dict—Parent Struck Wife. After the meal he began abusing his wife and nine children, culminating his tirade by striking a daughter in the face and hitting Mrs. Housel with a stool. ‘A rifle stood against the wall. Herchel Housel, ar-old son, raced his father to the weapon. The youth reached it first, d the gun and shot and killed the parent. MIAMI, Fla, May 15—Alphonse ‘Scarfage Al” Capone walked from the Municipal Jail vesterday, freed for the second time within a week by a habeas corpus writ that countered Miami's offi- cial campaign to arrest him as he is found in the city limits. Freed with Capone were three com- panions arrested with him at a boxing bout Tuesday night. They were Nick Circulee, 31; Albert Prignano, 38, and Sylvester Agoglia, 35. Circulee and Prignano were arrested Thursday with the Chicago gang lord. Clgeult Judge Thompson issued the writ today to free the racketeer and his companions after they had spent 17 hours in jail following their detention on an investigation charge. Judge Thompson signed the writ that freed Capone and his companions from cus- today last week. The judge said the city had not made showing of sufficient legal cause to hold the men further. .
