Achieving first place in the band con- test and having one of its students se- lected as the county champion for 1930, the Silver Hill School last night won the lion's share of the honors at the second annual harmonica contest of Prince Georges County'’s public schools in Eastern High School. Hyattsville School was a close second and Suitland School third. The silver loving cup for the county champion was awarded to Thelma Eng- lish of Silver Hill after the judges had required her and Danny Washington of Hypttsville to play extemporaneously to bréak the tle.
