WAR VETERAN DIES AT HOME OF FATHER Dueber McKinley Wells Will Be Buried Tomorrow in Arling- ton Cemetery. Dueber McKinley Wells, 33 years old, ‘World War veteran and a resident of ‘Washington for the past nine years, died yesterday at the residence of his father, Alonzo C. Wells, at the Park Lane Apartments, after a long illness. During the World War Mr. Wells, a native of Covington, Ky. served in aviation units at Fort Wayne, Ind., and Detroit. Nine years ago, accompanied by his parents, he came to Washington, entering the employ of the Sanitary Grocery Co. Besides his father, he is survived by his mother, Mrs. Alonzo C. HENRY G. GROCKER RITES HELD AT HOME Authority on International Law, Who Died Tuesday, Buried in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Funeral services for Henry Graham Crocker, 62 years old, for many years a resident of this city and an authority on international law, who died in Emergency Hospital Tuesday, were con- ducted at his home, 1626 Twenty-ninth street, this afternoon at 3 o'clock. In- terment was in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Since January 1, 1914, Mr. Crocker was cu assistant in the division of in- ternational law of the Carnegie Endow- ment for International Peace. He was a1 assistant legal adviser to the Amer- ican Commission to Negotiate Peace at Paris in 1919 and was a member of the American representation that ac- companied President Wilson to France. He remained in Paris over a year work- ing upon the several peace treatles ne- gotiated at that time.
