NEW YORK, April 22.—Dr. Enrique Olaya, president-elect of the Republic of Colombia, arrived here Sunday aboard the United fruit liner Ulua. He was met by a presidential salute of 21 guns and a reception committee representing the Nation, city and business leaders.
