George Chalmers Richmond of the Protestant Episcopal Church in America, and late resident of Detroit, was before the Sheriff’s Court here yesterday on four charges of con.ravening the regulations for travel by aliens. He denied them all and was held in bail for formal trial on April 23. Mr. Richmond was accused of chang- ing his address without notifying au- thorities and of failing tc show his identity certificate when requested to do so.
