Robison, an attorney in the Veterans’ Bureau, on the board of ap- peals, died yesterday at Mount Alto Hospital of lung trouble, with a com- plication - of diseases, following a pro- longed illness. Born in Unlonville, Mo.. March 5, 1879, he was educated in that State and received his law degree from the U versity of Missouri, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Fraternity. | He practiced law in his native town for 12 years and was admitted to prac- | tice before the Supreme Court of the | United States prior to the World War. | He spent some time in Montana and upon the outbreak of the war he en- listed in the engineers of the Army, being stationed at Fort Humphreys, Va., where he was made a sergeant. Following the war, he became as- sociated with the Veterans' Bureau. He was a member of the Federal Bar As- sociation and of Sergt. Jasper Post of the American Legion, as well as being a member of the Methodist Church. Mr. Robison was married in 1921 to Leo Rachford, by whom he is sur- vived. Other survivors are his two | sisters, Mrs. Pearl Priede of this city | and Mrs. H. E. Oldaker of Unionville, | Mo, and a brother, Dr. Fred S. Robi- | son of Pittsburgh, Kan. | Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 10:30 o'clock at the S. H. | Hines Co. funeral parlors, 2001 Four- teenth street, with Rev. Chesteen Smith of Hamline M. E. Church offi- ciating. Interment will be in Arling- ton National Cemetery, with military honors.
