A formal Christmas dance for the members of Alpha Chapter, Beta Chi Sorority, was held at the attractive New Idea Country Club, near Arling- ton, Va., Thursday, December 26. A Marianne Spellbring and Miss Wini- fred Hirsh composed the committee in charge of the dance, which lasted from 10:30 until 1:30 o'clock with a delicious buffet supper served at midnight. The holiday spirit prevailed throughout the evening and all present voted the af- fair a great success.
