Elwood Street, director of the Wash- ington Community Chest, who delivered an address at the meeting, in a state- ment afterward declared that the vari- ous national organizations will prove a decided aid to the Washington Com- munity Chest. Likewise, he expressed the view that the Community Chest may prove to be of a special aid to them. Luncheon in Y. W. Building.
