Charles A. Taylor, wealthy oil sup- ply dealer, at his Beverly Hills home last night revealed that he had named the titlan-haired Wheaton, IlL, ice man in a cross-complaint to a divorce suit recently filed by. his wite, Clarice Taylor. He said he signed the cross- .complaint yesterday. “1 am .extremely sdrry this oc- curred,” he said. ‘‘Charles Pyle, Grange's manager, is my cousin, and through him 1 have come to be on very friendly terms with Red. Persons indicted are Vice President Thomas _§. Jones, Steubenville; Cashier W. E. Jones, Martins Ferry; Assistant Cashier Brindley Jones of Window Yorkvllle ‘W. B. Francis, a director, Martins F‘erry and Attorney John G. Belknap, Sleubenvflle There are 13 indictments against Thomas S. Jones for forgery; one against Brindley Jones for forgery, three against Brindley Jones for making false entries in books of the bank, two against W. E, Jones for making false entries, one against W. E. Jones for fraudulently issuing certificates of deposit and Thomas S. Jomes, W. B. Francis and John G. Belknap for aiding and abetting; one against W. E. Jones, W. B. Frapcis and Thomas S. Jones for misapply- ing credit of the bank and John G. Belknap for aiding and abetting. Thomas S. Jones, W. E. Jones and Brindley Jones are under $40,000 bail each following their arrest sev- eral weeks ago. W. B. On another occasion Mrs. Taylor is alleged to have called Grange on the telephone and made an appointment to meet him in his hotel rooms.
