BUENOS AIRES, July 22 UP.— Three members of the bandit band which . robbed and killed - William Theisner and Carlos Hettman near the Bolivian frontier last April are re- ported to have been captured. 'They are said to have been taken into custody by the police of the Province of Salta, according to dispatches from that state received here. One of the men under detention is said to have confessed to his part in the crime and to have named the per- son who furnished the arms for the heldup.
