A special meeting of the Federation of Citizens' Associations probably will be held within ten days to consider what stand the citizens should take on the several rate cases that will come before the utilitles | <ommission the latter part of the month. i This meeting of the federation, the date for which has not been set, will be followed by a conference of the public utilitity comsittees of the organizations that make up the fed- eration. Request for Lower Rate Pending. The federation already has pending betore the commission a request for & reduction in the rate of fare on the: Caplital Traction lines.
