BOSTON, July 29.—The freighter Capillo, out of Philadelphia, went aground early yesterday on Shevelfull Shoal, off Monomoy Point, on the southern tip of Cape Cod, she re- ported to Coast Guard headquarters. The vessel, owned by the United States Shipping Board, had s crew of 36 men aboard. It reported there was no immediate danger. The Coast Guard said it would order the cutters to the scene. The freighter left Boston yesterday for New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore and South American ports. The Capillo, built in 1820, is 390 feet long and of 5,135 tons.
