NEW YORK, July 28.—Curb stocks, led by weakness in utilities, sagged tl)-| day, though selected industrials showad | gains. American Cyanamid “B" and Pan- American Airways were fractiovally higher, along with Hearn Stores and ‘Technicolor. Tower were a long list of utilities, Including FElectric Bond & Share, lectric Power Associates, American Light & Traction, United Light & Power “A" Standard Power & Light, Amercan Gas & Electric and Cities Bervice. Oil stocks also were off. Fractional \ Arops were shown by Humble Oil, Cre- ole Petroleum ard Imperial Oil. Re- sisting the trend. International Pe- troleum marked up a slight gain.
