WHITE MOTOR VOTES TO CUT PAR ON COMMON By the Associated Press. 3 CLEVELAND, May 15.—Stockholders of the White Motor Co. voted today to reduce the par value of 625000 common shares from $50 to $1. The object, President Robert F. Black said, was to simplify the con- cern’s financial structure through a write-off of a capital deficit of $5,700,- 000 consisting largely o7 good will and patents.
