Y., and “Ohristy Mathewson, jr., son of the' famous New York base ball pitcher, was announced last night by Mrs. Martha Jordan, one of the witnesses at yesterday's ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Mathewson will re- main here for about a week, then leave for Hagerstown, Md. Mathew- son, formerly a United States Navy fiier and instructor in the Chinese National Aviation School, now is con- nected with a commercial airplane company at Hagerstown. Mrs. Jordan said the other witness | was Mrs. John McGraw, widow of the former manager of the New York Giants. She said the couple met about & year age in Saranac Lake.
