D. C. Pastor Will Relate Experiences Speaks Tomorrow at National City Chris- tian Church. DR RAPHAEL HARWOOD MIL- LER, pastor of the National City Christian Church, has just concluded his engsgement with the National Preaching Mission which is being car- ried on across the country. He ap- peared in Pittsburgh, Detroit, Kansas City and Indianapolis with the na- tional team. The mission will con- duct its sessions in Washington No- vember 22-25. He will relate tomor- row some of his experiences and ob- servations concerning the purpose of the mission. Dr. Miller will resume his mid- week lectures on Bible studies at next Thursday night's dinner meeting. He will continue the study of the Book of Acts. Dinner by reservation. The public is invited. These meetings are held at 6 o'clock in the Vermont Avenue social hall. The Disciples of Christ Churches in Washington will unite Monday eve- ning to honor Mr. and Mrs. Charles K. Green of Manchester, England, who will be guests at a banquet at the social hall. Mr. and Mrs. Green are in this country as fraternal dele- gates of the British Churches to attend the International Convention of the Disciples ot Christ Churches to be held in Kansas City in October. All Disciples in Washington are invited. The Woman’s Council will meet at the Vermont avenue building Tuesday at 11 o'clock. Mrs. M. M.
