Mr. Dickinson came to Washing- ton at the close of the World War, during which he had made plans for many training camps. Born in Richmond, he practiced first with the firm of Alexander Hay in New Or- leans, La. He graduated from the Pace Institute here in 1920. At the death of the founder of the art school he became its director in 1921. Mr. Dickinson was a member of the Elks and Woodmen of the World. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Jessica Livingstone Dickinson, and three children, Mrs. Virginia T. Dry- den, Miami, Fla., and Mrs. Jeannette L. Anderson and Eugene T. Dickin- son, jr., both of St. Petersburg, Fla. His mother, Mrs. J. Q. Dickinson, and | a sister, Mrs. Robert J. Tierney, live | in Anniston, Ala.
