A verdict in the trial of two youths accused of having placed acid on products of the Dutch Baker Boy, Inc., during a labor controversy last December is expected in Police Court today. The defendants are John L. Dorsch, nephew and employe of Peter M. Dorsch, owner of a large bakery here, and James C. Merchant, also an em- | - e ! ploye of the Dorsch concern. Dowell, a driver for the Dutch Baker Boy, a non-union concern, tes- tified that two automobiles followed him about his route on December 8, | and that Dorsch got out of one of the cars at the D street address, | walked up on the porch and picked up one of the loaves of bread left| there. Merchant, he said, went into the Twelfth street apartment house. Becoming suspicious, he said, he re- turned to the two places and found | the acid placed on the products there, turning them over to William H. The will, made August 15, 1929, was not properly witnessed, but the tenants are trying to enforce an alleged promise by Burgen to give them the properties. The buildings are located in the 300 block of Thirteenth street northeast. Attorney Julian I. Richards has been appointed by the court to administer the estate. Gertman and Walter M. Bastian. HIGH JURIST PUNISHED New Mexico Court Assesses Costs of Inquiry. SANTA FE, N. Mex., March 22 (®). —The New Mexico Supreme Court reprimanded one of its members, Justice A. L. Zinn, yesterday and im- posed on him the costs of an inquiry into his professional affairs. The court’s action was taken upon the findings of a committee of the State Bar Association that Justice Zinn, before he became a member of the court and while acting as a spe- cial tax attorney, had improperly “co- mingled” trust funds with his own.
