ROME, Italy, October 13.— One of the most remarkable men in Europe celebrated his 100th birthdey anniversary Sunday— Duke Borea d'0Olmo, prefect f the palace of King Victor Em- manue). Duke Borea d'Clmo has had more experiences in royal courts than any other man in the world—90 years of it. He was only 10 years old when he be- came a ‘page of the Savoyan King, Charles Albert, long before the unification of Italy.
