Senor Ferrara at Embassy Following Long Absence Claudel Ambassador ‘The Ambassador of Cuba, Senor Don Orestes Ferrara, is again at the embassy after & long absence. Accompanied by Senora de Ferrara the Ambassador went to Tokio, where he established a mis- sion for his country, and after several | weeks' stay he went abroad.
