CLEAN-UP CAMPAIGN HERE INDORSED BY FIRE CHIEF ‘Watson Says Elimination of Trash ‘Would A1 in Preventing Blazes. The Washington cles " campaign, which begins here Monday, was given whole-hearted _indorsement today by District Fire Chief George S.
