Mrs, Morrow entertained her son and & number of his classmates Saturday evening at dinner at the apartment of Mrs. George W. Simpson, on State circle. Mrs, Howard B. McCleary, wife of Comdr. McCleary, spent a few days at Annapolis this week. Mrs. McCleary is living in New York, but has been visit- ing her father, Mr. Beard, at his apart- ment on University parkway, Baltimore. Mrs, McCleary with her father will oc- cupy an apartment on State circle, in Annapolls, for June week. Her son, Beard , is a member of the present fourth class. Capt. William J. Giles and Comdr. Prederick G. Relnicke were among those who spent the week end at Syra- cuse University, N. The engagement is announced of Miss Betty Blair, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Blair of Ardmore, Pa., and Midshipman Edward F. Rallshack of Kansas City, Kans., son of Judge and Mrs. Rallshack. Midshipman Rallshack is a member of the first class. The wedding will take place in the Autumn. Mrs. W. C. Thompson and her daugh- ters, the Misses Thompson, are sailing today on the rt Henderson for China after spending several weeks .here at the Peggy Stewart Inn. Lieut.
