ORATORY TEST WON BY ERNET BROWN Warrenton Student to Repre- sent Fauquier County, Va., in National Competition. | [ A —. ] Fauquier County will be represenkdl in ‘the Virginia State finals of the Na- tional Oratorical Contest by Ernest Brown of the Warrenton High School, it was decided last night at a compe- tition participated in by the selected high school orators of the county. Speaking on *“The Constitution in the Daily Life of the Individual,” the winner emphasized the duty of every citizen to uphold it in return for the liberties it insures. ‘The contest was held in the auditor- fum of the Warrenton High School. Four youthful orators—two each from the Warrenton and Bealeton High Schools—took part, since but two schools of the county are entered in the forensic competition. . Speakers and Subjects Listed.
