= 31,300 EXPECTED INTRAINING CAMPS War Department Arranges for Care of Citizens in Nine Corps Areas. Prelin 23ry arrangements have been magde at the War Department for the Citizens' 2dilitary Training Camps in the. nin> corps areas in the United States during the coming Summer on the basis of a total quota of 37.500 men to be training. For the 3d Corps Area, which embraces the District of Colum= bia and the States of Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia, the quota of attendance has been fixed tentatively at 4,600, with an cstimated allotment of about 200 of the District of Columbia. All of the citizens' camps in the 3d Area will be operated from July 2 to July 31, inclusive, according to the Tollowing scehdule of training in the re- spective coursts: Fort George G. Meade, Md., basic and advanced Signal with an_esti- mated attendance of ; Fort Howard, Md, basic Infantey, stéendance 600; Fort Hoyle, Md., Field ance 300; Fort W Va, basic Infantry, Fort Monroe, Va., basic Coast attendance 600, and Fort Myer, Va.
